How does hospice work?

Our skilled nursing team works with a hospice agency of your choice to provide personalized end-of-life care. We develop a plan to meet the patient's needs including managing pain and other symptoms for the highest level of comfort. A hospice team is usually made up of a physician, nurses, aides, counselors, therapists, and others who are here to help as needed.
