"Fair Oaks is a wonderful place to work! I worked here about a year ago and it is the only job I have had that I really miss! My bosses and fellow co-workers were always so supportive and kind. It is run exceptionally well; the managers do a very good job of making sure that everyone is doing their job. It is very clean and odor-free and the food is good and prepared with love. The nurses and CNAs are wonderfully kind and empathetic towards the residents whom they care for, and so are the Activities Director and activities aides. They spend a lot of time with the residents and make sure they are safe and entertained. "I was recently vacationing in Crystal Lake, IL when I ruptured my patella tendon. After surgery, I was transferred to Fair Oaks Health Care Center for rehabilitation. This facility is simply outstanding. The physical therapy department is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and focused on getting the patient back to health. The entire staff is very positive and caring. The nursing staff, CNAs as well as dietary appear to love working at Fair Oaks and it is reflected in the rapport they develop with their patients. No one wants to get hurt while away from home. However, if you do and you are in the Crystal Lake area, I'd highly suggest you rehab at Fair Oaks.
