Long term care is usually provided in a skilled nursing facility. A range of services and supports are available to meet your personal needs and may or may not include medical care.

Long term care may simply be help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, transferring, and more. Skilled nursing offers a higher level of care. Some signs that skilled nursing is needed include (but aren't limited to) rehabilitation care for joint replacements, respiratory care, terminal illness, stroke recovery, acute medical conditions, rehabilitation due to weakness, interim medical care following a hospital stay, or other conditions.

Additional specialized programs in skilled nursing are administered by our nursing staff and certified assistants who address special needs such as memory care, wound treatment, IV therapy, medication management, pain management, and more.
